Mammography & Breast Health
Martha's Vineyard Hospital's Mammography Department offers comprehensive diagnostic and mammography screening services through the Breast Imaging Department of our affiliate, Massachusetts General Hospital. Our Mammography Department is staffed by physicians from Mass General where the results are read and evaluated. We also perform diagnostic ultrasound breast exams and biopsies.
Martha's Vineyard Hospital's Surgical Services Department offers consultations with a surgeon with specialized experience in breast health and needle and surgical biopsy.
Mammograms are offered: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Diagnostic exams are offered with a MGH radiologist every Wednesday.
